I will probably now only be posting in the new year, so here’s a little 2010 send off.

This past year has been filled with wonderful moments and shared with some pretty awesome people. As the “best of” lists have started to come out, I’ve decided to do a personal one. I’ve picked 2 because there is a tie! My two top moments of this year was this summer while traveling on the West Coast from B.C. to San Francisco with Martin. And recently being added to the Galerie D’Este family. A special thanks to George Zimbel.  -   Can’t wait for 2011, it’s going to a fun one!

I hope everybody will have a wonderful holiday season filled with laughter, friends and good food. And I wish you all an absolutely wonderful new year.

Winter has come and seems to be settling in quite comfortably. It’s a beautiful sunny, white day today but I like remembering the heat and stunning view when I took this image at the Mission Hill winery this summer.

Last days of summer…

At the end of the week last week and in to the weekend, I attended the Magenta Flash Forward Festival in Toronto. I first debated on making the trip out there but while I was there and now reflecting on the events and the wonderful people I got to meet, I don’t regret it for a second. The festival was extremely well organized, the lectures and discussions were engaging and the exhibits featured around the festival highlighted some really interesting photographers. I’ll be talking more about the festival and the photographers involved over at Slightly Lucid in the next couple of days.

For a first go at a festival, I think it was a success. Magenta Flash Forward can you come to Montreal?
